Hi,  thanks for visiting Adephagia Cakes my name is Mike and this is my virtual patisserie. It is where I can document and share the sweets and treats I make in my real kitchen at home.

I have a passion for baking and I enjoy challenging myself to learn new techniques along the way. I’m not always successful by I try to pass on what I have learned from my mistakes.

I try to credit anyone who’s recipes I try but sometimes I don’t know because the web address isn’t attached to the print out and I’ve been collecting for awhile. If you happen to be one of these people than I will edit the post and give credit where credit is due.

I live a prodominantly Paleo lifestyle but that doesn’t stop me baking for others. It does push me to try to recreate recipes into Paleo and to create new things though.
